Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Based on the nature of our products, all returns are subject to validation and approval and are at the discretion of Ameerah The Royal Range.   Approved returns will be in the shape of store credit for the original amount of purchase.  Returning the physical product will not be required unless a wrong delivery has been made.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you store credit information, which can be used on checkout as promocode.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
